Rep. Joe Deshotel Presented Charter Champion Award
Rep. Joe Deshotel (D-Beaumont) was presented the Charter Champion Award during his visit to our Beaumont campus by Ms. Bushnell and Dr. Acosta. Some of the campus children were there to greet the Representative and afterwards he was taken on a campus tour. Rep. Deshotel has been instrumental in introducing legislation to support Texas charter schools and we appreciate his support.
